| Darlene Malcolm: Quoted from an e-mail from Darlene..."The wheel thrown cone 10 reduction pottery signed Darlene Malcolm /79 was made by me in Edmonton in 1979. I worked in a home studio and fired my pottery in a large natural gas kiln at Pottery West which was owned at that time by David Green. I moved to Edmonton in 1977 after graduating from Sheridan School of Design in the Ceramics Program. I taught pottery classes at the Edmonton Art Gallery and produced pottery for sale. I am currently a member of the Kawatha Potters Guild, teach pottery classes, and make pottery for sale in the City of The Kawartha Lakes, Ontario." | |
